The space-themed getaway is the newest hotel in Universal’s resort and aims to offer guests an immersive, out-of-this-world experience without leaving the comfort of the Florida theme park. Stella Nova is just across from the resort’s upcoming theme park, Epic Adventure, and a short distance from Universal Studios, Isle of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Once Epic Universe opens in May, there will be a walking path leading from Stella Nova directly to the park.
The Stella Nova is designed to imitate the experience of space travel, with windows that mirror those in a spaceship and common areas decorated with a cosmic flourish to give the sensation of traveling between galaxies and amongst the stars. There are also several intergalactic-inspired dining options such as the Galaxy Bar and Grill, where you can grab a drink or a meal at the beginning or end of your adventuring. There’s also the Cosmos Cafe and Market, perfect for smaller bites or snacks throughout the day.
Free shuttle buses operate between Stella Nova and Universal’s four parks; but you can also stay at the hotel and enjoy its resort-style pool complete with splash pad and fire pit, or make use of the game room and fitness center.
