Cassie’s Friend Says Sean Combs Threatened to Send Sex Tape to Parents
Former stylist reveals disturbing details as Sean “Diddy” Combs faces sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Sean Diddy Combs’ Trial: Week 3 Testimony Highlights Abuse Claims
The federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs continues in Manhattan. Now in its third week, the courtroom heard powerful testimony from Deonte Nash, Combs’ former stylist, who worked for the rapper from 2008 to 2018.
Nash testified that Combs repeatedly used degrading language towards singer and former girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. His account adds to the growing allegations in the high-profile case.
Diddy Allegedly Called Cassie ‘Degrading Names’ in Public
Under questioning from prosecutors, Nash recalled several names Combs allegedly used when referring to Ventura. These included:
- “Baby girl”
- “CC”
- “Bitch” (which Nash said was “his fave”)
- “Slut”
- “Ho”
Nash stated that Combs often said these things in front of others and in varying tones — sometimes calm, other times aggressive and firm. He added that Ventura would visibly react to the verbal abuse.
“She looked sad,” said Nash. “She would cry and go into a depression.”
Threats and Emotional Impact Detailed in Court
In addition to verbal abuse, Nash told the court that Combs also made violent threats toward Ventura.
“Yes,” Nash confirmed. “He would say he’d beat her ass. He threatened to leak her sex tapes.”
When asked how often these threats occurred, Nash responded, “Quite a few times,” adding that they deeply affected Ventura emotionally.
“She would stay in the house for days, super emotional,” Nash shared.
More Witnesses Testify Against Diddy
Nash was the third witness to take the stand on Wednesday, May 28. The day before, Combs’ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, gave equally disturbing testimony. Clark alleged that Combs once came to her home with a gun in 2011, threatening to kill rapper Kid Cudi after learning of Cudi’s brief relationship with Ventura during a breakup.
These testimonies are key components in the federal government’s case against Combs.
Charges Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
Sean Combs is facing serious criminal charges, including:
- Sex trafficking
- Racketeering

He has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
If convicted, Combs could face up to life in prison. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as the trial unfolds.
